About Public Storage
Public Storage on South Seneca in Wichita runs a self-storage site with outside units, several of them drive-up. Sizes start at 5x10 and go up to 10x30, so there is room for a small trailer or a full-size rig. You can reserve online, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. The location holds 4.7 stars across 422 Google reviews. Most of the praise lands on the staff. Reviewers name Thomas and Kara for answering questions, explaining pricing and recommending a unit size. One person said a phone call about pricing turned into a stress-free conversation. Others mention the gate being fixed within an hour of a call, with a follow-up once it was done. Not every review is positive. One renter wrote about break-ins at an outside unit and a bill that jumped by almost 100 dollars within a year. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Call ahead for current rates and availability.
