About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Zionsville and covers more than household goods. The listings include RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options and drive-up access. Gates run on keypads and electronics, and the property is lit. It's open 24/7, so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. Reviews land at 4.3 stars across 36 of them, and the staff gets most of the praise. Trudi comes up more than once for walking people through the online rental and fixing a unit mix-up on arrival. Chris is named too, for being polite and helpful. Reviewers also call the place clean and reasonably priced. Not everything is glowing. One reviewer complained about repeated Sunday phone calls over a rate increase. Another said the lot went dark after 6pm and their unit wasn't marked vacant after they cleared it out. There's no in-person help at the location, just a kiosk, so a lot of business happens online or by phone. Worth knowing before you sign.
