About In-Motion RV Service
In-Motion RV Service is an RV repair shop on the west side of Indianapolis. Reviewers often mention Robbie, Justin, and Valerie by name, and the shop gets credit for fast turnaround on electrical work. One customer said the team installed an inverter, a panel, and two lithium batteries in three hours. Plenty of reviews talk about communication. Justin called every day with updates on a grooming van's water heater and furnace. Another reviewer appreciated that the shop tried hard to source a part before a trip, even though it didn't arrive in time. Robbie also gets shout-outs for his knowledge and for taking time to explain things. Ratings sit at 4.5 stars from 91 Google reviews, which reflects mostly good experiences. There's one complaint about a canceled appointment and a refund dispute, so it's worth asking about scheduling and prepayment upfront. For RV owners who need repairs or a place to park, the shop's location and reputation for problem-solving are the main draws.

“I was blown away by the excellent customer service here! The entire staff was nice and knowledgeable. I own a mobile grooming business, and brought my grooming van to them to have the water heater and furnace fixed.” – Haley B., 7 years ago, on Google
“Robbie and Valerie were awesome. Bought a used Dynamax Motorhome yesterday, spent the night 1 hr away at a KOA and this am we went to leave and the leveling jacks would not come up.” – JANE H., 3 years ago, on Google
“Robbie and Valerie are most pleasant to deal with. They allowed me to come in and view an RV inside (it was very cold out) and they turned the heat on in the shop and in the RV.” – Tony G., 8 months ago, on Google
