Most of the recent reviews land on how clean the place is. People mention cement flooring and well-kept grounds. Access runs 24/7, and the site is gated with cameras. There is a dump station, plus water and a couple of wash spots one reviewer uses for their Newmar. Several renters bring up the staff by name and describe the leasing process as personal and quick. Not every review is glowing. Some mention a gate that stayed broken for months, billing mistakes that took a while to sort out, and debris and birds around the spots. That gate has since been repaired. Ask about current gate status and check your unit number and access code before you sign.
