About RecNation RV & Boat Storage
If your HOA won't let you park the rig at home, this spot on Northpark Drive near Kingwood Drive stores RVs, boats, trailers, and motorhomes. You get covered, indoor, or outdoor spaces on month-to-month leases, and the gate has 24/7 access with cameras watching the yard. Reviewers often mention cleanliness and how easy the rental process is. Several say they've stayed for years and the property is well maintained, with clear communication when something changes. One recent visitor liked the wide covered spot for backing in but flagged potholes at the entrance and said a maintenance order was promised. Others have had trouble reaching the local office, and one reviewer was stuck outside a broken gate for two days. It's a big lot with plenty of spaces to choose from. Go look at the unit you'd actually get before signing, especially if you're maneuvering a long trailer.
