About RecNation RV & Boat Storage

RecNation runs an RV and boat storage lot in Tucson. It also handles automobile and self storage, so there is room for more than just a rig. It is not open around the clock, so plan your drop-off and pick-up for staffed hours. The reviews are rough. One customer arrived to find the spot they were assigned already taken, and said getting a person on the line took about 20 minutes of automated back and forth. Others describe a lease that needs a full month of notice before you pull your vehicle out or you get charged for another month. Several people complained about texts, emails and phone calls from an automated system, and about staff responses that felt like copy and paste. With only three reviews, the 2.3 rating is a small sample. Still, the pattern in the comments is worth reading before you sign. One reviewer advises asking for the lease agreement first.
