About Red Valley Apartments, Mini Storage & RV Lodge

Red Valley sits in Van Buren, close to both I-540 and I-40, with fast-food spots nearby and Downtown Van Buren a few minutes away. The property covers apartments, mini storage units and an RV lodge, so it handles more than one kind of parking and living need. The reviews land in the middle, 3.0 from 9 people. Some call it a good place for the price and say maintenance has fixed what needed attention. One reviewer liked the spot across from Cloverleaf shopping center. Others describe small, outdated rooms and only two parking spots per unit. Storage reviews are mixed too. One person mentioned a 10x20 unit and a rate that depended on whether you were family. The same reviewer called the manager rude, and another called the manager's wife extremely rude. Weigh the price against those comments before you commit.
