About Reecer Creek Storage and RV

Reecer Creek Storage and RV sits in Ellensburg, and the reviews lean heavily on two things: how clean the place is and how easy the people are to deal with. One reviewer compared the customer service to Nordstrom and said the difference from their old facility was night and day. Several mention dealing directly with the owner. Access runs 24 hours, which reviewers say makes coming and going for trips simple. Renting is described as easy, and payment can be handled online with automatic withdrawal. A few people mentioned getting a text confirming the bill is paid. Rates come up often too, with one long-term customer calling them unbeatable. One practical heads-up from a reviewer: turning in can be tricky when you're pulling a medium trailer or bigger, since your rig may block traffic while you wait for the gate. They found it easier to pull onto the shoulder first. It's a clean, safe spot that people come back to.

“We stored our trailer here from May 2017 to August 2022. The rates are unbeatable. They beyond saved us money from any storage facility on the westside. We loved the 24hr access, made coming and going for trips a real breeze.” – Whitney B., 3 years ago, on Google
“Nice, clean (like brand new clean), customer service like what you would get at Nordstrom, easy. I had my Airstream at a different facility and the difference is night and day.” – J. M., 7 years ago, on Google
“Easy to rent and delightful to work with. Fair price at secure facility. Turning in is a bit tricky. If pulling a medium sized trailer or larger, your back end will be blocking traffic while you wait for the gate to open.” – Cole F., 4 years ago, on Google
