About RiverCrest Boat and RV Storage
RiverCrest Boat and RV Storage sits in Crump, Tennessee, and handles both covered and outdoor spots for boats and RVs. The lot is fenced and gated, with cameras on site. You can rent and pay your bill online, which saves a trip if you are coming from out of town. Reviews are mixed, and a few themes come up again and again. Some renters describe the place as clean and the security as good. Others say getting a straight answer takes work, with calls transferred around and messages that go unanswered. A couple of people had trouble with the gate keypad. Billing complaints show up more than once too, with charges continuing after a cancellation. The gate and cameras are real selling points. The front office side is where people get frustrated.

“Clean, well fenced, the gate left open because of mechanical/ electrical issue for the 3 consecutive days I was tidying the camper. Other than the three or more days and nights, the entrance gate was left open security is good.” – Richard P., a year ago, on Google
“Very nice owners. Love that i can put my camper there when it floods and not have to worry about it. The locked gate and cameras sold it for me. And the price per month is very reasonable.” – Stephanie S., 5 years ago, on Google
