About Rocky Hill Storage
Rocky Hill Storage sits on Wrights Ferry Road in Knoxville and is locally owned and managed. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person pulling a 35 foot fifth wheel called around and got quoted prorated monthly rates everywhere else. Thomas gave them a low daily rate and met them on a Sunday. Another renter has used the place three times and describes the man at the desk as fair and honest. Folks who care about cleanliness mention it. One reviewer said they are picky about smell and upkeep and found the unit clean and the process straightforward. Others point to years of doing business here and praise the organization and the friendly staff. It is a gated facility with alarm monitoring and climate control among the services. Dollies and moving carts are on hand, packing supplies are sold, and you can pay online. Not every note is positive. One reviewer with a trailer complained there is no parking in front of the gate and had trouble getting off the road without a code.
