About RV & Camper Storage by Xcel LLC
Xcel runs an outdoor storage lot for RVs and campers behind a high fence, with passcode access so you can get in and out on your own schedule. There's a dumping station on site, plus electric and drinking water stations. Reviewers point to the concrete block dividers between spaces, one writer noting they leave much more room than a past lot where a neighbor clipped a window. Another praised the security and said the owner, Bob, knows RVs and is happy to pass along what he knows. The rating sits at 3.7 across three reviews, and that's with one caller unhappy about how an indoor storage question was handled. Worth knowing before you call about anything beyond standard outdoor parking.

“Excellent! I’m so glad I found this place. My last storage place had spaces that left less than a foot on either side, no water, electricity or sewer and cost more! I had the guy next to me take out one of my windows pulling out.” – Kevin W., 2 years ago, on Google
“Excellent RV storage facility. Very secure and convenient. We have also learned a lot from the owner, Bob, as he is very camper/RV knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise.” – MJ C., 2 years ago, on Google
