What the local spots look like
Garber Self-Storage on the high end of ratings runs gated with cameras and 24-hour access, which matters if you pull in after dark or leave before dawn. Peace of Mind Self Storage is smaller with just eight reviews but still scores a 5.0, also gated and camera-covered. General RV Center is the big-name option with 585 reviews at 4.0 stars, more of a dealership setup than a plain lot. All three are worth a call to compare gate hours, space size and what they charge for a rig your length.
Open air means sun and hail
With no covered or indoor storage in town, your RV sits out through every season. UV does slow damage to decals, tires and roof sealant, so a good wax and tire covers pay off. Central Pennsylvania gets hail and hard winter freezes, so check the roof and seams each spring and winterize properly before the first cold snap. A battery maintainer keeps the house batteries alive through the off months. Confirm your insurance covers the rig while it sits on a storage lot, not just on the road.

Questions people ask
How many RV storage options are in Elizabethtown?
There are three storage facilities in Elizabethtown itself, and another twelve within a short drive if you widen the search. That gives you room to compare gate hours, security and lot access before you commit to a spot.
Are there any covered or indoor RV storage spots in town?
No. None of the three Elizabethtown facilities list covered or indoor bays, so expect open-air parking. That means sun exposure and weather on the rig year round, and it makes roof and sealant checks worth doing.
Which facility has the best reviews?
Garber Self-Storage scores 4.9 stars from 16 reviews, the strongest of the three. Peace of Mind Self Storage has a perfect 5.0 from eight reviews. General RV Center has far more reviews at 585 but sits at 4.0 stars.
Does any lot offer 24-hour access?
Garber Self-Storage lists 24-hour access along with gating and cameras. The other two do not list round-the-clock entry, so ask about gate hours before you plan a late-night drop-off or an early trip out.
