S&J Storage of Elk Grove

About S&J Storage of Elk Grove

S&J Storage of Elk Grove rents outdoor RV parking on asphalt and gravel. It's a self-storage yard that also handles boats, cars, and trailers, with climate-controlled units for household goods. U-Haul trucks are available on site. Reviews are mixed. Some renters say the rate was reasonable and the office staff professional, and one got a space on short notice after a desperate call. Others report a reserved 35-foot spot that didn't exist when they arrived. Several mention rate increases without notice and a deposit dispute at move-out. The loudest complaints are about security. Two reviewers say their catalytic converters were stolen while their RVs were parked there, and both felt the owner showed little concern. If you're comparing yards, read the recent reviews and ask about security and notice policies before you sign.
