About Santiago Palm Vista

Santiago Palm Vista is a 55+ mobile home and RV community in Hemet, in the San Jacinto Valley. RV storage is part of the setup here, and Diamond Valley Lake and Lake Perris are both a short drive away. Shopping and a hospital sit within 3 miles. The grounds include a renovated clubhouse with a big screen TV, billiards, and a game table, plus a pool, a picnic area with BBQs, and community laundry. On-site management is part of the package. Reviews land around 3.8 stars from 56 people. Residents often mention how quiet and peaceful it feels and how friendly the neighbors are. Several praise the new manager and management company for being visible and hands-on, and one notes respect for elderly residents. Not every review is warm. One complains about rent increases for seniors, and another wishes the entrance had better lighting on that dark street.
