About Sebring Motor Garages | Part of Sebring Resorts

These are garage condos, not open-air RV slots. Each unit comes with a loft, staircase, bathroom and shower, three phase 150 amp electrical, impact doors and AC. Units come in multiple sizes and can be combined if you need something custom. The location is the draw for track people. Sebring International Raceway is less than a mile away, about a three minute drive. There is a 60 foot drive aisle and semi tractor-trailer load and unload on site, and members get access to a fleet of concierge trucks and trailers to move a vehicle to and from the track. Security runs around the clock on cameras, and members have 24-hour access. The 157 unit property includes 24 townhomes and a clubhouse with a spa and heated pool. It has a 5.0 rating on Google, though that comes from just three reviews. One reviewer noted a lot of new things coming and called it very good for the area.
