About SecureSpace Self Storage Nalley Valley Tacoma
SecureSpace sits on S Tacoma Way in Tacoma's Nalley Valley. It's a four-story building with heated units, drive-up spots, and smaller lockers, plus an elevator that reviewers bring up often. Access is gated and logged, with cameras and lighting around the property. Leases run month to month and you can pay online. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 575 of them, and staff get named for sorting out problems. Rosa comes up more than once for fixing a mix-up, and Vio gets credit for a smooth cancellation. People also mention the elevator and unit sizes. Not every review is warm: one person complained about smells on an upper floor and being assigned the wrong unit, and another described a reservation that fell through before a refund came through. Online payments and packing supplies are part of the setup, and carts and dollies are on hand for move-in day. The facility is wheelchair accessible. If a specific unit size or climate option matters for your rig, call ahead before you drive over.
