About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul on the Brentwood side of things, close to Mallory Lane and Cool Springs and handy to I-65 if you are coming from Franklin. It handles self-storage along with vehicle, boat and RV parking, and both indoor and outdoor options are on the list. RV owners mostly talk about the people here. Reviewers say the staff is friendly and helpful even when the place is slammed, and one customer mentioned the team stayed patient through a panicked move. Another said a CSR walked them through setup on the computer after the website gave them trouble. Multiple units, rented trucks, drop-offs: the same names come up again and again in a good way. The site lists cameras, 24/7 access, a wash, climate control and month-to-month rentals, with online payments and contact-free move-in. The rating sits at 4.7 from 10 Google reviews. Call ahead if you are unsure which spot fits your rig.
