About Simplified Storage, LLC
Simplified Storage on Sunapee runs an outdoor lot for RVs, boats, trailers, and even commercial landscaping and excavation equipment. It's open-air space, so set expectations: the owner says plainly there are no storage units and no covered parking here. If you need a roof over your rig, this isn't the place. The one Google review is a 5.0, and it's warm. The reviewer calls the people amazing to work with and says their items stayed secure with zero issues. Short track record, but a good sign. Hours are posted, so it isn't a 24/7 operation. The owner invites calls or texts about questions and custom requests, which is a reasonable first move if your setup is unusual or you have a specific spot in mind.
