South Kings Valley Hwy RV & Boat Storage

About South Kings Valley Hwy RV & Boat Storage

This is grass-and-gravel outdoor storage on South Kings Valley Highway in Monmouth, set inside a fenced property. You park on open ground, which suits trailers, cars, boats, RVs and other vehicles. No buildings, no units, just a tidy lot. Cameras face the entire lot. The owners describe it as a friendly neighborhood where they know the neighbors, and the setup fits long-term and short-term storage alike. The one review up so far calls it a very nice property, clean and easy to access. That matches what you see driving by. Being right off a main highway makes pulling a rig in and out simple, and it draws people from Polk County, Independence, Dallas, Salem and the wider Willamette Valley, plus Western Oregon University students and Mid-Valley locals. Monthly parking, car storage, long-term parking, van and motorcycle parking, and boat and boat trailer storage are all listed. Hours apply, so it is not a 24/7 gate. Call or book ahead before you haul anything out.
