About Storage City of Tupelo
Storage City of Tupelo sits on McCullough Blvd, about 4.2 miles from downtown and easy to reach from I-22 and US Highway 45. The units are climate controlled, and entry runs through NOKE keyless locks you open from a phone app or key fob. You get notified of any entry. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Mary gets named more than once, and people describe kind, helpful, local employees who answer questions. Cleanliness comes up a lot too, along with the digital entry and the app that lets you check on the facility from anywhere. It is not all praise. Some long-term renters complain about rent increases and changes to the payment and insurance systems. A few mention bugs and units that did not always lock. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
