About Storage Depot - Bessemer
Storage Depot sits at 131 McCalla Road in Bessemer, serving Hueytown, McCalla and Helena. It handles more than household units: RV, boat and vehicle parking are on the list too, some of it covered and some outdoor. Access is 24/7 through a coded gate, and the grounds are fenced and lit. Reviews are mixed, and recent ones lean negative. The camera coverage comes up often, with several people saying the cameras are hit or miss. Break-ins and theft from stored vehicles are described in more than one review, and a few reviewers say they could not find staff on site. Others mention a car being towed after being flagged as abandoned. The good marks are for easy access and pricing that some call affordable for unsecured storage. Climate-controlled units, drive-up and ground floor access are offered, plus month-to-month leases you can reserve online.
