About Storage Key
Storage Key sits in Cartersville and runs as a self-storage spot that also handles U-Haul trucks and trailers. Reviews keep coming back to the staff, who get called friendly and kind again and again. One reviewer said they were late on a payment and the folks there worked with them without a fuss. Renters mention the security cameras and describe the storage as secure. Cleanliness shows up too, including one person who picked up a double-axle trailer and found it spotless. Access is easy, which matters when you are backing a rig in. A long-time customer said the price has not gone up once since signing a contract. Others note the truck rental runs smoother than at a dedicated U-Haul dealer, and one person had a pickup time moved so they would not lose the rental. The place is wheelchair accessible.
