Storage King - New Braunfels

About Storage King - New Braunfels

Storage King sits in New Braunfels and handles self storage, with boat and RV storage also listed among its categories. It carries a 4.8 rating across 36 Google reviews, and the words that come up most are convenience, location and pricing. Reviewers tend to talk about cost and staff in the same breath. Several call the rates reasonable, and management gets credit for responding quickly and working through problems. One tenant mentions a stubborn unit door that had someone out to fix it the next day. Another notes some drive-in units are powered, which helps if your rig needs a charge while it sits. People also mention the property itself: quiet, clean, and described by more than one reviewer as secure. A long-term tenant says the place has been fine since it opened and likes the direction under new management. Not every review is glowing. One person left unhappy about a staff interaction and moved out. The rest lean positive, and a few say they recommend it to people they know. Hours are posted, so call ahead rather than assuming the gate is open around the clock.
