About Storage Masters - Mt Zion - Decatur
Storage Masters runs a self-storage and parking lot on the Decatur side of Mt Zion, and you can set up a rental from your phone or computer before you ever drive over. Outdoor parking is what's mentioned for rigs, and cameras are part of the setup. The office has posted hours rather than 24/7 access. Reviews land in two camps. Most of the 15 Google reviewers point to the staff, naming Melissa and Amber as friendly and quick to answer questions, and a few say the website matched what they found on site. Others are blunt about management: rent went up, the security gate sat broken for months, and one person said nobody answered the phone and online payments weren't working. Worth a look if you want to handle the paperwork remotely and don't need a gate code after hours. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit, especially if the gate or the office hours matter to you.

“Storage Masters in Decatur/ Mt Zion are very organized. Everything on the website was what I found on-site. Melissa was my contact person and she was friendly and very informative.” – KennyD, 3 years ago, on Google
“Rented a small storage unit. 5x5. The man was very friendly with a dry sort of humor I appreciated. The unit itself was dirty, but all my stuff is in plastic totes so it should be okay. Will update this review in the future.” – Shawna S., 7 years ago, on Google
“Amber was very helpful in getting us checked in quickly into our storage unit. She answered our questions and was very enjoyable to work with. The unit itself was clean when we checked in. The process was quick and easy.” – Kip C., 2 years ago, on Google
