About Storage of America
Storage of America runs an indoor, climate-controlled facility in Anderson. You can rent a unit and pay through a self-service kiosk any hour of the day, and the site is gated with cameras. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and dollies and carts are available for load-in. It holds a 4.4 rating across about 120 Google reviews. Reviewers mention easy access and a clean facility most often, and several call out the climate control and the staff as things they appreciated. Affordability and the free lock come up too. Not every review is positive. A few people describe lock changes and missing items, and some complain that rates went up and that their homeowners policy was no longer accepted. Others mention carts needing repair and a tight entry door when moving in. Read the recent reviews before you commit.

“The facility that I rented a unit from is pretty well kept the Price is Right and it's climate controlled but I will say this someone needs to repair the carts and they need a better system when you're moving stuff in it's difficult to go…” – Harold D., 4 months ago, on Google
