About Storage of America
Storage of America sits at 1515 Townline Road in Benton Harbor, and it takes self-storage, vehicle and boat storage. Units come in different sizes, with indoor and climate controlled options and ground floor access. Saturdays are by appointment only. A 24 hour kiosk lets you rent a unit or pay a bill whenever you want. Reviewers tend to mention cleanliness and security first. Several say the staff was helpful and patient, and one person called out a manager by name for good service. Dollies on site and someone around to point you to your unit came up too. Not every review is glowing. One person showed up to a unit that had been occupied by someone living in it, and a couple of others said calls and emails went unanswered. Another described a gate padlock broken in a storm and access down for days while tenants waited on parts. The rating sits at 4.4 across 58 reviews.
