About Storage of America
Storage of America sits at 5135 Gratiot Road in Saginaw, offering indoor, ground floor, and climate-controlled units in a range of sizes. There's a 24-hour kiosk for renting a unit or paying a bill, and staff can take calls if you'd rather talk to a person. Carts and packing supplies are on hand. Reviews are mixed. Plenty of people praise the helpful staff and call the place clean and secure, and one reviewer was glad to reach a live person on a holiday weekend. Others complain about rising rent, a hard-to-find unit, and a checkout process that left them charged. Some mention dirty conditions and entry codes that never arrived. If you're comparing spots, read the rental agreement closely, especially the move-out notice rules. The facility has cameras and climate control, but reviewers say there's no onsite staff. Hours apply, so plan your visit around them.
