About Storage Plus - West Chester
Storage Plus - West Chester is a locally owned storage facility in West Chester Township, Ohio. They offer RV and boat parking along with storage units in sizes from 5x10 up to 10x20. The place is older and a couple of reviewers call it a little run down looking, but they say the prices seem good. Security includes video cameras and monitoring, and tenants get 24-hour access every day. One reviewer who stopped by to pay a bill noted the facility is well secured and reasonably priced, and another said they are always aware of when people need assistance. Not all reviews are positive. One person had a frustrating time canceling a unit after moving out, saying they made several calls and sent photos but got no follow-up and then received another bill. Another pointed out that the posted hours on the website were wrong compared with the sign on the door. If you are comparing options, reading the recent reviews is a good move. Contact the office for current availability.
