About Storage Sense - Burlington - Harden

Storage Sense on Harden Street sits near Food Lion and Granddaddy's Antique Mall, close to I-40, and serves Graham, Mebane, and Whitsett too. The property is fenced, with vehicle, RV, and boat storage plus climate-controlled units for things that don't handle Carolina heat well. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Ron and Kari get named a lot, described as friendly, patient, and good at walking people through the details. One reviewer said Ron made them feel like a person, not a number, and even gave a tour on the golf kart. Others call the property clean and safe, with one noting staff making rounds and stopping to chat. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer describes late fees and calls that went unanswered, which is worth knowing before you sign. On the plus side, people mention sensible pricing and easy setups. A trailer customer had their spot switched so the door faced out, and the gate got fixed after a truck hit it. Rentals and payments can be handled online.
