About Storage Sense - College Station
Storage Sense on College Station handles outdoor parking for RVs and boats alongside covered and climate-controlled units. Entry is through an electronic gate with video surveillance, and tenants get access around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially the site manager Samantha. People describe her as kind and professional, quick to answer questions, and one renter said the paperwork took under 20 minutes. Several mention the property and units staying clean, and the climate control working as it should. One long-term tenant moved out after a decade and credited the managers for being helpful the whole way through. Not everything is glowing. One RV owner found a shattered window after about six months of storage and could not find anyone in the office on three weekday visits. Another reviewer thought the painted areas outside could use a refresh. Worth knowing before you pick a spot.
