About Storage Sense - Easton

Storage Sense on the Easton side handles more than household overflow. The lot takes RVs and boats for seasonal parking, and the office staff talk through options with you before you commit. It's a self-storage facility first, so you'll find units of various sizes alongside the outdoor space. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Kim gets named more than once for sorting out a too-small unit with an upgrade at a fair rate, and another customer said the lease paperwork after an online application went smoothly, down to the access codes working both ways. Easy phone payments and no security deposit came up too. Not every review is glowing: one person was annoyed they couldn't leave a vehicle overnight in the parking area without paying for a full month, and another flagged a rent increase after five months. Hours are posted, so call ahead rather than assuming the gate is open. The property is wheelchair accessible and veteran- and women-owned.
