About Storage Sense - Frazer - Bacton Hill
Storage Sense on Bacton Hill Road in Frazer handles indoor self-storage, plus vehicle, RV and boat parking. The site is fully fenced and gated with 24/7 video surveillance, and entry runs on a smart keypad. Access hours are 6 AM to 10 PM daily, and the office is open weekdays and Saturday. Reviewers bring up the staff a lot, and one name comes up over and over: Kimberly in the on-site office. People describe her as helpful and knowledgeable, and one person said she saved a move that started halfway across the country. Others mention the property being well kept and clean, and the online rental process going smoothly for a last-minute unit. The 4.2 rating across 63 reviews is not all warm. Some reviewers describe water damage and flooding in units, and a few mention trouble getting deposits back and slow callbacks. Read the reviews yourself before you commit, especially if you are storing furniture. Reserve online if you already know what you want.
