About Storage Wise of Shelbyville
Storage Wise sits in Shelbyville, Indiana, near the Super 8 and Comfort Inn North, so it's easy to find off the highway. The place rents drive-up units, and you can handle the whole thing online, from signing up to paying the bill each month. Reviewers keep mentioning the cameras and how easy the online setup is. Several say the autopay means one less thing to think about. One long-term tenant likes the location and the price. Another notes the lot has been re-graveled and the old potholes filled in. A few mention rent going up over time, and one person had trouble by phone but eventually sorted out a cancellation. The site has 24/7 access, so you can get to your rig when it suits you. Management has changed hands, and reviewers mention friendlier communication under the new team. Paying or getting help online comes up often in the reviews. If you need to talk to someone, the phone is the way in, and reviewers say the folks on the other end are easy to work with.

“So far so good. The place is protected not only by camera but also the businesses around there also. As far as payments go , they are very understanding as long as you call them. 24 hour access is money well spent per month.” – William P., 10 months ago, on Google
“I've had the storage unit for about 3 years and it seems to be reasonably priced good location. And I love the auto pay I don't have to worry about making sure it's there or late or they just take it right out of your bank account.” – Christine L., Edited a year ago, on Google
“They are great at communicating and make it easy to pay or get help online. The rent has gone up a few times though in the couple of years I’ve had units there. I went from spending $193 on two units to $250 on two units within 2 years.” – Sophia K., Edited 2 months ago, on Google
