About Storage Zone Self Storage and Business Centers

Storage Zone on Bradenton's outskirts offers self storage and business spaces in one spot. The storage units run from 5x10 to 10x20, and business spaces from 100 to 400 sq ft. There's 24 hour access, climate control, drive up access, and dollies and carts on hand. Online payments and packing supplies are available too. Reviews are mixed. One long-term renter calls it cheaper than most around and says the new manager is polite and respectful, with a night guy watching the place. Another praises Jeremy by name and says the facility held up through Hurricane Ian. The same reviewer feels safe stopping by at any hour. But a few others describe billing emails going unanswered and dirty bathrooms, with one mentioning a homeless person living in a unit. The property is clean and well maintained according to the owner, though that's not what every reviewer saw. If you want cheap storage with around-the-clock access, it's worth a look. If responsiveness matters, ask questions before you sign.
