About Storage Zone Self Storage and Business Centers
Storage Zone sits on Holly Tank Hill Road just off U.S. 27 in Davenport, a few minutes south of I-4 and north of Haines City. The place is gated and lit, with cameras watching the grounds. Ground-level drive-up units make it easy to pull in and out. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Chris and Richard come up often, described as quick to answer the phone and willing to help sort out a unit size or a dead battery. One person parked a car for a month and a half with no trouble getting in after hours. Others point to clean units and the gate and camera setup. Not every review is glowing. One person said their belongings were auctioned without a call or email, so read your lease terms closely. With a 4.3 rating across 150 reviews, most feedback leans positive. Online payments and packing supplies are available on site.
