About Storage Zone Self Storage and Business Centers

Storage Zone sits in Gainesville next to the University of Florida Eastside Campus, a few minutes from the airport, downtown and the main campus. It runs as a large bay facility, with spaces starting at 20x25, so there is room for big items, vehicles or a small business. Office and storefront units with lofts are also on site, and some come with attached warehouse space. Reviews land around 3.7 stars from 48 people, and staff come up often. Several reviewers mention the property manager by name and describe him as helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Cleanliness gets called out too, along with plenty of parking. One reviewer runs a shop here and has stayed more than three years. Not everyone is a fan; one review is blunt about management. Climate control and moving carts are available, and you can pay online or pick up packing supplies at the office. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive over.
