About StorSafe of Crystal Lake

StorSafe of Crystal Lake is a self-storage facility in Crystal Lake, Illinois, offering indoor storage, climate control, and 24/7 access. It's an option for RV owners who want their rig under cover. Reviews are mixed. Some people mention friendly owners and a kind staff, and a few say the rental process was easy. One reviewer appreciated being able to see the parking spot before committing. But others describe problems with management, including rent increases and trouble getting callbacks. A former long-term tenant said the gate code often didn't work. The facility also handles boat and automobile storage, so you're not the only one parking something big. If you're considering it, read the recent reviews and ask about the gate code and insurance requirements before you sign.

“So far the experience has been a very positive one. I was able to take a look at the parking spot we will be renting before committing. While I was there, the maintenance gentleman happened to be working.” – Debra C., 6 months ago, on Google
