A small owner-operated place on a quiet road just outside Alvin, about halfway between Houston and Galveston. Storage is outdoor only, on gravel, in 13 back-in spots split up by black fenced dividers so your rig isn't sitting right on top of the next one. The whole lot sits behind a wood privacy fence with coded gate entry and 24/7 access, and it's lit with LEDs and solar lights. Every spot can get 30-amp or 50-amp electric, and the monthly rate depends on which you pick. Basic storage with no hookup is the cheapest option. Cash and annual prepay get you a discount. RVs need to be self-contained, since there's no water or sewer yet. Pets are fine. Only two Google reviews so far, but both are five stars. One person calls it clean and quiet and says the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The other lives on site and likes it there.
