About TRI-M STORAGE 2 Boat & RV / U-Haul Dealer
Tri-M Storage 2 sits in Alvin and handles boat and RV parking along with self storage and U-Haul rentals. The manager lives on the property, and several reviewers say she keeps track of who comes and goes. Some describe her staying late on a Saturday to get them into a unit. The property has drawn complaints too. One reviewer called it cluttered with discarded items and said fences went unrepaired after a tornado. Another described weeks without access and a surprise charge. A U-Haul customer said a reserved trailer wasn't there and calls went unanswered for two hours. If you're weighing it, the on-site manager is the bright spot in most reviews. Conditions and follow-through are the recurring gripes. The yard is worth a look in person before you commit.
