About The Storage Mall - Macedon North
The Storage Mall on Macedon North is a locally owned self-storage site with covered, indoor and outdoor spots, and it takes RVs, boats and cars alongside regular household units. Reviews call the price good and the place easy to deal with overall, and one long-term renter said the facility itself was never a problem. Access is drive-up, the property is gated and lit, and there is digital video surveillance. A few reviewers liked handling the paperwork online and getting the gate code and facility map by email. Not everyone was happy: one felt the exit keypad and roll-up doors were showing their age, and another got plowed in after a snow. A couple of people had trouble with phone support. Rates went up a few times over the years, which a long-term tenant expected given the economy.
