About The Storage Mall - Macedon South
The Storage Mall in Macedon offers outdoor storage spaces for RVs, boats, and automobiles, along with self storage units. The property is gated and has digital video surveillance. Reviewers mention the security and how tight the units are, keeping critters out. It's locally owned and operated, and the site manager is available to answer questions. One reviewer appreciated being able to swing a 16' trailer into the lot. Others note the helpful staff: one said the manager was understanding when they forgot to cancel for the season, and another praised Gary by name. Access is through a gate with a pin, and the property is lit, though a reviewer pointed out some lights were out. The facility offers drive-up access and climate control for self storage units. Reviewers have had mixed experiences with billing and gate access. One long-term renter felt comfortable leaving property there for over a decade, while another cited account mix-ups and a gate pin that stopped working. It's worth checking the details of your lease and access before you commit.

“I rented a 10x20 unit in 2010 until this December 2022. I felt comfortable leaving my property there. It was always secure and the units are very tight, so no "critters" ever invaded the unit.” – Walt C., 3 years ago, on Google
“This storage mall was amazing. They provided great service during my time of need, and when I forgot to cancel for the season, they were understanding. I plan to do business with them again next winter. Great manager!” – Phoenix, 5 months ago, on Google
“Great storage place, secure, clean, and large enough to swing a 16' trailer into. Only criticism is there are many lights out which can make it difficult when its dark early! Other than that it was a good experience.” – Nick M., 2 years ago, on Google
