About Tom's RV Service & Sales
Tom's RV Service & Sales is an RV dealer and repair shop in Albuquerque that also gets listed under RV storage. The crew handles core maintenance, body damage, brakes as an authorized SMI dealer, and plumbing and heating work. Reviews mention rewiring, welding, diagnosis and towing fixes, along with lift kit installs and hitch setup. Drivers passing through town have had good luck here. One couple with a battery drain on their towed truck got in within 24 hours and had it diagnosed and fixed. Another owner describes an owner who took time to walk through the work at a fair rate. Staff come across as welcoming, and a few reviewers mention warranty work and heater repair getting done. It's not all smooth. One reviewer said their slides sat for over two months and came back below expectations, with communication nearly nonexistent and a quote that wasn't honored. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book.
