Tri-County RV & Boat Storage

About Tri-County RV & Boat Storage

This is a gravel storage yard for RVs and boats off the main drag in Fairfield. One reviewer leases a space and calls the price reasonable, and points out the dump station as a real plus. If you camp without full hookups, you can empty tanks here before or after a trip. The lot is a short drive from the west side and surrounding towns. Not everyone is thrilled. A recent review says pricing has more than tripled in the past few years, and another says gate access and customer service were nonexistent on a Sunday. Several units around the yard look abandoned, according to one person, and another said it is not clear who owns the property on any given day. The overall rating sits at 3.8 from six reviews. On the upside, another reviewer says management is nice and that it is a good place to store a trailer. The security access is advertised as 24 hours, but based on the Sunday complaint, you may want to confirm how the gate works before you commit. If you are okay with gravel and want a dump station on site, this place is worth a look.
