Twin City Storage - Portal Place

About Twin City Storage - Portal Place

Twin City Storage runs a gated lot on Portal Place in Scottsbluff, and renters get a code for 24-hour access. The place skips contracts, and payments can be made online. One reviewer stayed five years and said they'd come back, partly because getting in and out around the clock worked well for them. Staff get mentioned often. Jerry was named as easy to work with, and another review calls the owners understanding. Not every note is positive. One renter says the gate sometimes stays open, and they wondered about security when it does. Another complained about cockroaches in a stored unit, and a third had water get into their unit after heavy rain. Prices came up as a plus, with one reviewer saying they hadn't found better nearby and still felt the buildings were well built. The lot holds a lot of units, so expect neighbors. If you want a fenced spot with round-the-clock entry and no long paperwork, it's worth a look. Ask about the gate and drainage while you're there.
