About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center at Burnet Rd & Hwy 183 S

This U-Haul spot on Burnet Rd at Hwy 183 S handles more than trailers. It's also listed as an RV storage facility, and the lot is gated with 24/7 access. A reviewer who stores there says the place is usually clean and kept at a comfortable temperature, though broken lights and key card issues have sometimes locked them out of their unit. Hitch work is the big draw. Six reviews mention hitch installation, and the staff gets mixed marks. Some call them helpful; others describe waits where the right part wasn't in stock and another car got pulled in first. The propane refill line has its own headaches, with at least one customer saying the app request didn't bring anyone out. Rental and billing complaints come up too, from overcharged gas to a trailer billed for three days instead of one. The location also rents trucks and sells moving supplies. Given the 3.9 rating, it's worth checking recent reviews before you commit.
