About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center at Dixie Hwy
This U-Haul spot on Dixie Hwy in Elsmere wears a few hats: trailer supply, truck rental, self storage, and RV storage. Reviews split between the counter and the lot. Staff get plenty of praise, with one reviewer singling out Nettie for a smooth truck rental and a clean cargo van. Others describe long waits and rude service, and a few say reservations got fouled up. On storage, one renter calls it a great secure place with temperature controlled units on two floors, a reduced price on the top floor, and PIN entry at the building. They note cameras watching every unit door and the entrance. Complaints lean toward billing: surprise fees, a late charge someone said they'd refund, and a mileage dispute. If you park a rig here, get the paperwork straight before you leave the lot. The place does have posted hours, so check them before you haul in.

“I have a storage unit there and it is a great secure place to store my household stuff that I don't have room for. It is temperature controlled and they have units on the bottom floor and also, at a reduced price, a top floor.” – Theresa R., Edited 3 years ago, on Google
“Nettie alone gets 5 stars for being wonderful when I came in to rent a truck. The cargo van I got ran great and was very clean. When I brought it back, though, nobody told me I didn't have to stay in it like the sign says.” – Joann H., 5 years ago, on Google
“Very helpful group of people!! Were having computer/technical difficulties but were trying everything to go above and beyond.” – Zack N., 4 years ago, on Google
