About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Anchorage
This U-Haul on the trailer and hitch side of things is the kind of place you swing by when your rig needs a hitch or a wiring job. Reviews are mixed, and it shows in the 3.7 rating across 99 reviews. Plenty of people call out the helpful, polite staff, and one customer said the crew stayed past closing to help hook up a trailer. The complaints are just as specific. A few reviewers describe hitch and wiring installs done late or messy, with wires left loose under the vehicle. Others said online appointments weren't confirmed by a call, and one person showed up for a 24/7 rental pickup with no vehicle set aside. Access is listed as 24/7, though the office keeps regular hours. If you book online, reviewers suggest calling to confirm before you drive over. That advice comes straight from their own bad days, not ours.
