About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Fox Valley
This U-Haul location on Fox Valley handles more than moving trucks. It's a trailer hitch super center, so you can get a hitch installed while you're sorting out storage. Reviewers mention Tammy by name for fitting them in and doing solid hitch work. The crew gets mixed feedback. Several people call the staff helpful, and a few note the facility and rental trucks are clean. But others describe frustrating phone calls and a rental return that got billed as an overnight. One reviewer said a truck came with a quarter tank of gas, though the counter staff fixed the note without a fight. If you're parking an RV here, the reviews suggest setting your expectations by the counter help, not the brand. Hours vary, so check before you haul over.

“I agree with many other reviewers; U -Haul Corp. make promises/appointments without confirming with the individual locations and they are loss because nothing was communicated to them.” – Jerome j., 5 years ago, on Google
“Only complaint would be that the truck wasn't filled up all the way with gas when I picked it up. I had to go back inside and show the lady at the counter so I wouldn't have to cover the 25% that was missing.” – Ryan P., 5 years ago, on Google
“Best uHaul around. Top notch help when I was looking to purchase some used equipment. Very thorough too, they must have asked for my drivers license about a dozen times! LOL.” – Dan V., 4 years ago, on Google
