About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Northridge
This U-Haul location on a busy Northridge street handles trailer hitches, rentals, and storage. It's a trailer supply store first, but they also rent RVs and offer self-storage. Reviews are all over the place. Some people praise Jose for knowing his stuff and helping pick the right hitch. Others say they waited two weeks for an appointment only to be told the part wasn't there. One reviewer rented a trailer that got stolen and the manager Luiz said not to worry about paying. Another claims a phone went missing from their car. With a 4.0 from 21 reviews, it's a spot where you might get great help or a headache.
