About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Westside
This U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center on the west side of Fort Worth handles trailer rentals, hitch installs, and moving supplies. It also shows up as an RV storage facility and self-storage option, though the reviews lean toward trailer and truck rental experiences. With a 3.8 rating from 43 reviews, the feedback is mixed. Some people mention friendly staff and helpful service with boxes and rentals. Others describe frustrations: showing up for a hitch install and finding no one on site, being told a system was down and no reservation could be made, or getting charged fees over fuel levels after a truck rental. A few reviews mention parts not being in stock or install dates getting pushed back. If you need storage or a hitch, call ahead to confirm availability and parts. The place has set hours, so it is not a 24/7 operation.

“The customer service is lacking compared to previous experience. The manager is a great guy but some of the guts working the yard are grumpy. Maybe it's the 104° heat so I'll change it from a 3 to a 4.” – Aaron B., 3 years ago, on Google
“Better to goto uhaul on person than order online. You never know if they have certain boxes that they sell in stock. They are cheaper than Amazon on a lot of the inventory.” – Sean B., 3 years ago, on Google
“Very friendly staff. Filled my propane tank quickly. We're not warring masks. Would shop there again.” – David S., 5 years ago, on Google
